PyLadies Amsterdam

About

We are the official Amsterdam chapter of a global non-profit organization PyLadies and we act on diversity and inclusion in technology. We welcome members of all Python proficiency levels no matter what label (gender, sexuality, race) society gave you. We highly encourage men to join our monthly workshops, currently attended by 90% of women and other less-represented groups in tech.

What we do differently: • we use a hands-on approach: workshops, talks about practical experience, hackathons, bootcamps • we go in-depth with one subject per event • we provide a safe community space for marginalized genders who is interested in Python Visit github.com/pyladiesams for the slides and code from all of our events.
