The Global AI On Tour in Sydney, Australia
is a free event on
08 April 2020 from
17:30 - 19:30.
About the event
April marks a special month for Microsoft Azure as we've got some back to back learning opportunities for you. This month, we're doing a bit different (and special) than the usual meetups in CBD and the reason for this is the inclusion of Azure AI sessions in our on-going meetups. To celebrate, this CBD meetup will be dedicated to the Global AI On Tour where you're going to learn about Azure AI and its acceleration towards your businesses.
Join us and learn from our two community experts who're going to show you how can you infuse AI capabilities into your solutions.

Title: Paper to Power using Azure Form Recognition
Abstract: Are you still collecting your feedback on paper handouts? Red, yellow, green feedback is faster, but what do you do with that? It’s so time consuming to go through the feedback forms afterwards and maybe you just don’t bother. What if you could collect feedback on a custom form, collate the data and get actionable results before your coffee gets cold?
Join JK on the journey from waiting weeks to get feedback from user group talks to having the results in less than an hour for each event. You’ll see how you can use Form Recognizer to parse the data straight from the page, what you can and can’t do right now, as well as how you can leverage other Azure Cognitive Services to get more details from the user feedback forms!
Speaker: Jernej Kavka (JK) (SSW)
About JK: JK is a Senior Software Architect with 10 years of experience in software engineering. Jernej has worked on full-stack .NET development, mobile applications, and Microsoft Cognitive Services. He worked on some of Australia's largest corporates with great customer satisfaction.
