The event “Global AI: From Hype to Real Impact in SMEs” will take place on 21 May 2026, from 15:00 to 18:30, at Aula Galeotti, University of Bergamo – Department of Economics. Organized by the Marketing Lhab Research Group in partnership with the Global AI Community and Queue Associates Italia, the afternoon will open with institutional greetings from Prof. Giuseppe Pedeliento, followed by an introduction to the Global AI Chapter by Elena Vigani. The program includes a presentation on ongoing research on AI in marketing, a series of expert talks on transforming data into operational decisions, communicating AI beyond the hype, and implementing AI in small and medium‑sized enterprises. A roundtable discussion will feature industry leaders and specialists—including Valentina Boccardi from Queue Associates EMEA—moderated by Prof. Pedeliento.
