🎤 Speaker Lineup:
Topic 1: Model Garden & Vertex AI Studio by Santosh Kumar Perumal
In this session, we’ll dive into Google Cloud’s Model Garden on Vertex AI and Vertex AI Studio two powerful tools that simplify the way you build and experiment with machine learning models. We’ll start by exploring Model Garden, a central hub where you can search, discover, and evaluate a wide variety of pre-trained models from Google and its partners. You’ll see how features like model cards provide transparency on model performance, and how prompt design tools allow you to interact with models without writing code. Then we’ll move to Vertex AI Studio, a hands-on environment for prototyping and customizing generative AI models. Here you’ll learn how to test sample prompts, design and save your own, fine-tune foundation models, and even integrate speech-to-text and text-to-speech capabilities. By the end of the talk, you’ll understand how Model Garden helps you find the right model for your use case, and how Vertex AI Studio lets you experiment and adapt those models quickly accelerating the journey from discovery to deployment.
Topic 2: Getting Started with Kagent: AI-Powered Kubernetes Management by Mahendran Selvakumar
Kubernetes is powerful but managing it at scale can be complex and time-consuming. In this session, we’ll introduce Kagent, a lightweight tool designed to simplify and automate Kubernetes management. Attendees will gain an understanding of what Kagent is, its core features, and a step-by-step guide to getting started. By the end of the talk, you’ll be ready to explore how Kagent can streamline your Kubernetes operations with minimal effort.
