In China, WeChat is the mobile Internet. Here in the US, to find a business, you go to the Internet. In China, they go to WeChat. But WeChat has no conversation management tool for managing customers. There is no Google analytics, there is no mixpanel, there is no intercom. there is nothing. But they need the tool! I know this because I built the world most popular OpenSource API for WeChat. It is huge, with 10,000 developers and 5,000 stars on GitHub. And I'm the founder & CEO of BotOrange focus on chatbot, which is accepted by Y Combination last year. When I was in the bay area in YC, a lot of alumni from the US want to sell things to China use WeChat chatbot, they asked me a lot.
