Roundtable: MS Learn for Personal Development and In-Class
We will bring together some students as well as professors who have experience using Microsoft Learn to discuss the best strategy of learning AI/ML and using Microsoft Learn in the process. Amir Pourabdollah Senior Lecturer at Nottingham Trent University Amir leads artificial intelligence course at Nottingham Trent University, UK. Syed Farhan Ahmad Syed Farhan Ahmad Quantum Researcher, University of California Los Angeles Syed Farhan is a Quantum researcher at the University of California, Los Angeles working at the intersection of Quantum Computing and Artificial Intelligence. He is currently pursuing his BE in Electronics and Communication Engineering from RVCE and a MicroMasters in Data Science from MITx. As a Microsoft Gold Student Ambassador, he has founded two international organizations, QPower Research and Tesseract Coding, that focus on promoting education and research among high school and undergraduate students. Syed Farhan has also been a Technical Lead for a start-up in India and has considerable experience as a Software Engineer. Dmitry Soshnikov Dmitry Soshnikov Cloud Developer Advocate, Microsoft Dmitry has been working at Microsoft for 15 years, out of which 10 years in Technical Evangelism. He has personally performed more than 20 hackathons throughout Russia, twice appeared on stage with Steve Ballmer, and created one of most popular online courses on C# and F# in Russian. During the last 2 years he has been working in CSE as Software Engineer specializing in AI/ML, and did a few projects with customers in Europe on complex event detection in videos. He loves functional programming and F#, and is the primary developer of mPyPl Python library, which makes Python development less painful by introducing functional data pipelines. In his spare time, he teaches courses on Functional Programming and AI in universities, and tries to get his 17-years-old daughter interested in programming and science art. Anaam Sayeda Anaam Sayeda Microsoft Learn Student Ambassador Anaam Sayeda Fatma is a Microsoft Learn Student Ambassador(Oman),currently completing her Bachelors of Engineering in Computer Science. She is bronze medalist of OCPC-2019 which is most prestigious coding competition in Oman. She has worked with various coding languages and technologies and wants to pursue her career in Artificial-Intelligence and Machine-Learning. She has a page called theshecoder on various platforms where she shares her knowledge by creating posts and videos. Rishit Dagli Rishit Dagli TED-X, Ted-Ed speaker I am a High School student at Narayana School from India and am a TEDx and 2xTED-Ed speaker. To share my knowledge about Machine Learning and Android with all, I mentor at TensorFlow User Group Mumbai, organize Kotlin Mumbai, and am an international speaker. I am also quite interested in Machine learning Research and have published quite a few papers on ML and Maths. I further also love hackathons and competitions and have also represented my country and won quite a few on the international stage too. I also moderate the AI/ ML discussions on Google's CLP.
