This Chapter advances responsible AI integration by organizing structured trainings, hands-on workshops, and seminar series for educators, researchers, and institutional leaders. These engagements focus on practical and ethical applications of generative AI in teaching, learning, and research, including academic integrity, bias awareness, human-in-the-loop validation, and culturally responsive instructional design. Through faculty development sessions, teacher education bootcamps, student research clinics, and public seminars, participants gain both conceptual grounding and technical skills using accessible AI tools. The chapter prioritizes capacity building that empowers educators to use AI confidently, critically, and responsibly within Ghana, across Africa, and in global academic spaces.
