Building Intelligent Chatbots with AI - Jaya Susan Mathew

Chatbots and Large language models (LLMs) are now widely used by individuals and organizations. We now understand how to use chatbots and build LLM functions, but a lot more needs to be done to integrate them into an autonomous agent system. In this session, we will get started with defining chatbots/LLMs, then explore some of the ways of making your chat bots intelligent using AI/LLMs and finally introduce the audience to a quick low code methodology of integrating LLMs into your existing chatbots.

Jaya Susan Mathew Data Scientist Jaya Mathew is a Senior Applied scientist at Microsoft where she is part of the Cloud for Industry team. Her work focuses on the deployment of machine learning solutions to solve real business problems for customers in multiple domains. Prior to joining Microsoft, she has worked with Nokia and Hewlett-Packard on various analytics and machine learning use cases. She holds an undergraduate as well as a graduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin in Mathematics and Statistics respectively.
